The goal of this seminar is to complete the Rost-Voevodsky proof of the Bloch-Kato conjecture: we
will compute the motivic Steenrod algebra, prove the Hopkins-Morel isomorphism, and construct Rost
motives for Rost varieties. We will then discuss some applications of the Bloch-Kato conjecture to
étale motivic cohomology.
