We'll cover various topics in the area of 3-manifold topology

Recommended previous knowledge
This is headed to doctoral students, postdocs, and students willing to write a master's thesis in
the area of 3-manifold topology. Solid knowledge of basic algebraic topology ((co)homology,
Poincaré duality, fundamental group, covering spaces, differential topology (e.g.
transversality) is assumed
