Contents
This is a basic notions course. We will introduce the classical notion of a C*-algebra and its not
so classical generalization of a C*-category. Wie will study the basic properties of the categories
of these objects. Of particular interest are tensor products, group-actions and crossed products.
We will move towards some recent applications of these notions in controlled algebra.
