Contents
This is the first part of a two-semester introductory course into differential geometry. In this part we will discuss the fundamental local concepts of differential geometry.

- manifolds and bundles
- vector fields and flows
- Lie groups and principal bundles, associated vector bundles
- connections, curvature, parallel transport
- metrics on vector bundles
- basic notions of Riemannian geometry

Literature
e.g. Kobayashi-Nomizu, further literature will be given during the course
